Description:A two in one product: Neutralizes rust and leaves a glossy prime coat. Non-flammable, odorless and contains no dangerously strong acids. A combination of acids and acrylic copolymers that will neutralize rust and leave a black acrylic coating. May be sprayed, brushed or rolled on.

Advantages: Two steps in one. A single application neutralizes rust and leaves a protective black acrylic coating. Easy to apply, may be sprayed, brushed or rolled on. Dries as quickly as 30 minutes. Easy clean-up: wash all equipment with water.

Directions: Clean area to be treated by removing all grease, oil, loose and powdered rust. Knock loose rust off surface with a wire brush. Rinse clean with water. Product may be applied while surface is still damp. Shake container well, then spray, brush or roll on product until entire surface is covered. Let dry. If small pin holes appear in black film apply a second coat. Rinse all application equipment immediately with water before the polymer dries and hardens. For longer protection against re-rusting or for outdoor application, apply one or two coats of anti-rust paint over the black film. One gallon covers approximately 500 square feet. Apply when surface temperature is from 50°F to 90°F. Spray hotter surface with water to cool them off. Product may separate on long standing or if frozen. Simply shake well and then apply. Do not pour used product back into the same container. Product must have full sunlight to set up. Do not apply during damp or rainy conditions.

CAUTION: Do not ingest. If this should occur, drink large volumes of water and seek medical attention. Keep container sealed when not in use to prevent contamination. Avoid direct skin contact. May cause irritation. Wash affected area with soap and water. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Container Disposal: Triple rinse container and discard according to local regulations.

Spill Or Leakage Procedures: Wear skin & eye protection during cleanup. Soak up liquid with absorbent & shovel into waste container. Cover & label container & remove from work area. Wash residue from spill area with water & flush to sewer serviced by a waste water treatment facility.
