Carc Paint Stripper K-Chem CARC Paint Stripper III is HAP-Free alternative to Methylene Chloride. It is non-flammable, has no flash point, and successfully strips the CARC white, green, and camouflaged paints within a 60 minute time frame when stripped cold, meaning no aid from heating or agitating.
