Q. How do your Reps spend an average day? 
A. They work out of their homes in local territories. Because the maintenance personnel of the world get to work usually by 7:00 a.m., they begin their day early and normally are finished by 5:00 p.m. 

Q. How do they get their leads?
A. We train them how to generate their own. Using information we provide, they normally have little trouble locating 5 to 8 prospects to call on daily. 

Q. How are your reps compensated?
A. They usually begin their sales career on our salary plus partial commission compensation plan. After six months, they normally jump off this plan to one that pays them full commission. While most first year people often earn between $30,000 and $40,000, very ambitious people can do even more. 

Q. What are the realistic earnings potential?
A. Ours is a business where only your ability and ambition will determine your earnings. For with us, you will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. We will be there to provide on going training and support. Our guidance and experience will help you over the rough bumps and there is never ceiling on how much you will be able to earn or how much you can grow. 

Q. What qualifications do we require of a sales rep?
A. We are very selective on who we hire because we invest so much in their initial training. We require that they have a stable work history, good communication skills and solid references. Both previous outside sales experience and a college degree are preferred.
